ExpressLimo24 provides private chauffeur-driven transfers including:

• Airport transfers
• Port and cruise terminal transfers
• Hotel transfers
• Long-distance intercity transfers
• Day trips and private tours
• Hourly chauffeur services

Our activity is strictly limited to private transportation services and does not constitute a travel package. All services are provided in accordance with Italian and European transport regulations.

Bookings must be made by a person over 18 years of age. A reservation becomes legally binding only when:

• Full payment is received, or
• A booking confirmation voucher is issued via email

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details including:

• Pickup and destination addresses
• Date and time
• Contact phone number
• Flight or cruise number (if applicable)

The booking voucher must be presented (digital copy accepted). By completing a reservation through our official website or booking system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include taxes and tolls unless otherwise specified. We accept:

• Credit and Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer (if agreed in advance)
• Cash (payable directly to the driver)

Payment is considered complete only when funds are received.

Requests to modify a booking must be submitted in writing via email to info@expresslimo24.com.

• First modification is free
• Additional changes may incur administrative fees
• Changes requested less than 24 hours before pickup are not guaranteed

More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund minus 3% payment processing fee.

Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Included waiting time:

• 60 minutes for airport, port, or train station arrivals
• 20 minutes for hotel or private address pickups

After the included waiting time, additional charges apply at the hourly rate in force, calculated in 15-minute increments. If the passenger does not arrive and no contact is made within the included waiting time, the service will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

For airport and port pickups, we monitor arrivals in real time when a valid flight or cruise number is provided. In case of delay:

• Pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no extra charge
• Additional waiting charges may apply if the delay significantly exceeds the included waiting time

Standard luggage allowance per passenger:

• One large suitcase (maximum total dimensions 158 cm / 62 inches)
• One piece of hand luggage

Additional, oversized, or excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to declare may result in the service being unavailable.

For groups of 7–8 passengers travelling in the Mercedes Vito / V-Class, only hand luggage can be accommodated. Unattended personal belongings remain under passenger responsibility at all times.

Child seats and booster seats must be requested at the time of booking. They are provided at no additional charge, subject to availability. Children and infants count as passengers for vehicle capacity purposes, in accordance with Italian law.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if passengers:

• Are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
• Engage in dangerous, abusive, or disruptive behaviour
• Violate applicable safety regulations

Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by:

• Traffic conditions or road closures
• Weather events
• Accidents involving third parties
• Force majeure events

Personal belongings are transported at the passenger's own risk. We recommend adequate travel insurance for valuable items.

We shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered where possible.

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the service date to: info@expresslimo24.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pistoia, Italy.
