I started driving professionally in 2004 — not because I needed a job, but because I understood something that most people in this industry overlook: the journey is part of the experience. A client arriving at Florence airport after a long-haul flight doesn't need a driver. They need someone who is already there, who has tracked the flight, who has the name card ready, who knows which exit to use and which road to take at that hour.
Over twenty years, I built this service around one principle: no surprises. The price is agreed before you book. The vehicle is the one you chose. The driver speaks English. The pickup is on time. These are not exceptional standards — they should be the minimum. I simply made sure they were always met.
ExpressLimo24 holds NCC licences n°1 and n°2 from the Comune di Montecatini Terme. Every journey we operate is legal, insured and personally overseen. When you book with us, you are not booking into a platform. You are booking with me.
